CANCELLATION POLICY
24 Hour cancellation policy is the only way your spot can be rescheduled or held with your deposit. If you become a “no call, no show” your appointment will be automatically cancelled & you will be charged the 50% of service cancellation fee. Please notify me if your running late, or have an emergency to prevent confusions and we can work something out! Your appointment will be automatically cancelled if your late without explanation/ communication ( I allow a 10min grace period, after that your appt is automatically cancelled due to scheduling conflicts. Please Note the deposit fee of $30 is NON-Refundable!
